Our Physical Therapists are experts who treat physical therapy patients of all ages with health-related conditions to reduce pain and improve or restore mobility. As highly trained healthcare professionals, our therapists create personal treatment plans that meet the patient’s healthcare and post-operative rehabilitation needs. We work closely with physicians to return patients to pre-injury levels. Our physical therapy and rehabilitation services keep patients moving forward, so they can return to day-to-day work and recreational activities and remain at their optimal health.

Speech and language therapists assess and treat speech, language, and communication problems in people of all ages. They help people to become independent communicators using speech, gesture and/or communication aids as needed. They also work with people who have eating, drinking, chewing, and swallowing difficulties.They work as part of a multidisciplinary team and have close links with teachers, doctors, nurses, psychologists, occupational therapists, and other health professionals.
Post-Surgical Assistance
Recovering at home after surgery can limit you with your daily activities. Whether you are recovering from major surgery or any kind of hospitalization, our compassionate nurses can assist you to a healthy and complete recovery.
Medical Social Workers
The social workers assist the patient and family in sorting out personal and financial difficulties that may occur as a result of illness or disability.
Home Health Aide
Provide assistance to the patient and family at home.
To Qualify for Home Health Aid:
A patient must be homebound: A condition due to illness or injury which restricts his ability to leave his place of residence except with the aid of supporting devices such as cane, walker, wheelchair, etc. or if he/she has a condition which is such that leaving his/her home is medically contradicted.
Under a physician’s direction, referred by a family member, physician, facility, hospital or community sources.
We offer these services on an as-needed basis, oftentimes as a part of your normal insurance coverage.
